This dealership has zero communication with you after the sale. The new vehicle that I purchased and with being from out of state they use a 3rd party vendor for the registration work. I called ahead to see about my key fob not operating correctly. I was told to come on in, and they could look at it any time. I went to the parts counter and asked for Steve. He came immediately and checked it out. Turns out it was only the battery. Everyone I encountered was very polite and helpful. The dealership was very clean. It has a nice, comfortable waiting area. Very inviting.

Standard oil change. Took longer than expected.
My Grand Cherokee was in for an oil change and to track down an intermittent hum at highway speeds. The mechanic noted a rear spring recall issue that had been checked off as completed but was not done. I brought the vehicle back to address this recall, estimated as taking 4 days to complete and the Service Advisor, John, provided me a loaner vehicle. In the process of this work, an adjustment was done incorrectly which damaged the rear differential and required a replacement. The replacement diff took several weeks to obtain so it was 3 weeks later before my vehicle was ...

Took my gladiator there to be serviced. They were nice and it took less than a hour to figure out what was wrong. Ordered the new part and installed it and has it back to me within a few days

If you have a Jeep, go here, period. I always took my jeep somewhere else because I thought dealerships were always too expensive but that wasn’t true. They work well with extended warranty’s and only charge market price for parts. They will take care of you and I paid way less than I would going somewhere else, especially if you have an extended warranty.
Went in for a recall on my Jeep. Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. Randy showed me to the waiting area and kept me updated during the process. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Lou worked really hard to meet my expectations and Tori was an excellent salesman and a pleasure to work with. Even Tyler, the finance manager did a great job. Did a great job, in and out…however when I got home I noticed an oil leak under the drain plug, figured out it was only hand tightened and had a small leak.
During my personal experience, the team demonstrated essential dedication and effort to ensure the purchase of my jeep was successful, even going so far as to the General manager stay after hours until the transaction was completed.
We had the privilege to meet everyone at Goldsboro, classic Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge ram in Goldsboro are sales Rep. Alex was very knowledgeable and personal. I have been looking for a Toyota Highlander for a couple months. I finally found one at their location and was nothing but pleased at the customer service. This was his first sale and he was amazing to work with as I’m sure all the rest of the sales reps are as well, very friendly !!!

Normally like this dealership but over priced for changing 2 fuel filters. Ram says its a 2hr job but it really takes a seasoned mech about 30 min. Also the next time I come in for service and a salesman calls me 30 min after leaving if I want to sell my Ram, I will find another dealer. Total nonsense!
